DMV says budget pinch blocks expanded weekend hours around state

Only two of the state Division of Motor Vehicles 23 regionaloffices have Saturday hours. That means every driver who doesnt livein the Charleston or Martinsburg areas has to squeeze in dealingwith the DMV during the work week. Officials say the demand for DMVbranch offices in other parts of the state wouldnt justify the moneythe division would have to spend to pay more employees to work onSaturday.
